SHIPPING. We ship free to addresses in the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 3 to 7 business days after they ship (4 to 10 business days total). You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. We do not currently ship outside the US.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. If your hand warmer arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, contact us through the contact form with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to ship anything back.
RETURNS. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to start a return and we'll send instructions. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive the return. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
